Each August, the BDTC proudly supports the Phelps Sauerkraut Weekend.
The Sauerkraut Festival is a village-wide four-day event which includes the
- Marketplace Vendors on the Festival Grounds
- Events at the American Legion
- The Phelps Sauerkraut Weekend 5k and 20k- the oldest race in the Finger Lakes!
- and of course carnival rides and community booths at the carnival site on Ontario Street.
